PNB Apprentice Training Duration & Structure
The total training period is 1 year (12 months), divided into two parts:
- Basic Training: 2 Weeks
- On-the-Job Training: 50 Weeks
During this period, apprentices will work in bank branches and learn day-to-day banking operations.
PNB Apprentice Stipend Details 2026
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend based on the posting location:

- Metro Cities: ₹15,000 per month
