Eligibility Criteria for Anganwadi Supervisor Vacancy 2025
Candidates must fulfill the following requirements to be eligible for this position:
Educational Qualification
- Applicants must have completed at least Matriculation (10th standard).
- They must have a minimum of 10 years of work experience as an Anganwadi worker.
- The merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the 10th standard examination.
- Only the marks from main subjects will be considered; additional subjects will not be included.
- Extra marks will be awarded to candidates who have received state or national-level awards.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 45 years
- Reserved category candidates will receive age relaxation as per Bihar government norms.
Selection Process
There will be no written examination for this recruitment. Instead, selection will be based purely on merit. The process includes the following stages:
Academic Performance Evaluation:
- Candidates with first division in 10th standard will receive 10 additional marks.
- Candidates with second division will receive 5 additional marks.
Work Experience Marks:
- Additional 1 mark per year will be granted for work experience beyond 10 years.
- A maximum of 10 marks can be awarded based on experience.
Award-based Marks:
- National-level award winners will receive 5 additional marks.
- State-level awardees will also receive extra marks.
Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive the following pay structure:
- Monthly Salary: ₹27,500
- Travel Allowance: Up to ₹9,000 per month
- Total Maximum Salary: ₹36,500 per month
