Under this scheme, the selected candidates will be given 12 months of training. In this, guidance will be provided by the best teachers for the preparation of IAS, IPS and PCS examinations. Also, students will be given Rs 3000 to buy books for competitive examinations.

The application process for this scheme is online. Interested candidates can fill the form by visiting the official website of Backward Classes and Extremely Backward Classes Welfare Department, Government of Bihar. Information about the last date of application and the possible date of examination will be available on the website.
Selection Process
A written examination will be conducted for selection. The possible date of this examination has been stated as 16 February. Out of the total seats, 60% seats will be reserved for extremely backward class candidates and 40% seats will be reserved for backward class candidates.
