Eligibility Criteria for RRB JE 2025
Educational Qualification
- Junior Engineer (JE): Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, S&T).
- Depot Material Superintendent (DMS): Diploma/Degree in any Engineering stream.
- Chemical Supervisor & Metallurgical Assistant: B.Sc. in Physics & Chemistry with at least 55% marks.
Age Limit (as on 01/01/2026)
- JE & DMS: 18 – 36 years
- Chemical Supervisor & Metallurgical Assistant: 18 – 36 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD: 10–15 years (as per category)
- Ex-Servicemen, Railway Staff, Widows, and other special categories also get relaxation as per rules.

Candidates will be shortlisted in four stages:
