Eligibility Requirements
Age Criteria:
- Applicants must be born between January 1, 2005, and July 1, 2008.
- Final selection age must not exceed 21 years at the time of enrollment.
Educational Qualifications:
For Science Stream:
- Completed Intermediate/10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and English, securing at least 50% overall and 50% in English. OR
- Three-year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Computer Science, Instrumentation Technology, Information Technology) from a recognized polytechnic with a minimum of 50% overall and in English. OR
- Two-year Vocational Course with Physics and Maths from a recognized state board, attaining at least 50% overall and in English.
For Non-Science Stream:
- Completed Intermediate/10+2 in any approved subject with a minimum of 50% overall and in English.
- Alternatively, two-year vocational course with at least 50% overall and in English from a recognized board.
Medical Standards
Candidates must meet the following medical criteria:
- Height: Minimum 152 cm for both males and females (with specific exceptions for certain regions).
- Chest: For males, a minimum circumference of 77 cm with at least 5 cm expansion. For females, a minimum of 5 cm chest expansion.
- Weight: Proportionate to height and age.
- Hearing: Ability to hear a forced whisper from 6 meters in each ear.
- Dental Health: Healthy gums and at least 14 dental points.
- General Health: Free from any physical or mental ailments, infections, or skin diseases. Must be fit for duty in any global location.
- Tattoos: Limited and specific tattoo placements are allowed. Offensive tattoos are strictly prohibited.
- Pregnancy: Female candidates must not be pregnant at the time of application.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Structure:
- 1st Year: ₹30,000/month (₹21,000 in-hand)
- 2nd Year: ₹33,000/month (₹23,100 in-hand)
- 3rd Year: ₹36,500/month (₹25,550 in-hand)
- 4th Year: ₹40,000/month (₹28,000 in-hand)
- Upon Exit: ₹10.04 lakhs plus accrued interest
- Insurance: Life Insurance coverage of ₹48 lakhs.
